In February 2022 the Russian Red Cross started a nationwide fundraising to support victims of the Ukrainian crisis in 2022 as part of the work of the joint #WEARETOGETHER Headqurters.
As of June 21, 2022, the amount of charitable donations received from physical persons and legal entities was 186,486,843.15 rubles. The money was spent on direct assistance to refugees: providing temporary accommodation points, buying food, clothing and household necessities, personal hygiene items, medical and psychological support, and many other things. All expenses are described in detail in the report.

Humanitarian aid to victims of the Ukrainian crisis in 2022
As part of the Russian campaign of mutual aid #WEARETOGETHER, regional branches of the Russian Red Cross have deployed points for receiving humanitarian aid from the population and corporate donors.
To receive humanitarian aid, displaced persons can apply to the nearest regional branch of the Russian Red Cross or to a humanitarian aid collection point. You must have an ID, a migration card, and a certificate of registration at the place of stay. In the absence of a registration certificate, it is necessary to apply to a temporary accommodation point or, in the case of staying with relatives, to a territorial subdivision of the regional Migration Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
At the moment there are more than 100 points of distribution of humanitarian aid in 38 regions of the country.

Call this number to know how to become a volunteer, where to pass on and get humanitarian aid, apply for restoring family links, consult on migration issues, and receive psychosocial support. Volunteers of the Russian Red Cross, who are on duty on the hotline, were trained to provide psychological first aid.
For assistance in restoring family links, if possible, please, provide the following information:The RFL hotline component operates in Russia at the Russian Red Cross Tracing and Information Center and can help those who are now in the Russian Federation. Those who are not in Russia and cannot connect with their relatives should seek support from National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies of the countries where the people searched are located.
