On November 25, 2021, 51 people died and 106 people asked for medical help as a result of the explosion at the Listvyazhnaya mine, located in the Belovsky urban district of the Kemerovo region.
The total amount of charitable donations received by the Russian Red Cross from individuals and legal entities was 121,160,008.82 rubles (as of July 5, 2022).
The funds raised were spent on providing material and psychosocial support to the families of the dead and to the injured and to compensate them of medical services and technical rehabilitation equipment.
