Stop COVID-19
From December 1 to March 31, 2022, the Stop COVID-19 program was launched in 20 regions of the Russian Federation. Its aim was to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection and increase compliance with prevention measures. As part of the program, more than 105 000 citizens received special hygiene kits and visual materials on how to prevent Coronavirus infection.
COVID-19 Recovery School for COVID-19 patients
Coronavirus recovery rooms have been set up on the basis of regional branches. A rehabilitation program has been developed together with the Russian Research Medical Centre for Therapy and Prevention Medicine of the RF Ministry of Health. The program includes:

workshops and group classes in breathing and vestibular gymnastics;

Nordic walking classes;

Educational activities on how to prevent coronavirus infection and what the consequences of the disease are.
By July 2022, more than 1,000 sessions were held, with almost 2,000 participants involved. Patient recovery schools are currently operating in 40 regions. There are plans to include other Russian regions in the program next year.
Support for vaccination against COVID-19
Also in 2022, a program to support vaccination against coronavirus infection is planned in 20 regional branches of the Russian Red Cross. The program aims to promote vaccination among citizens of the Russian Federation. As part of the program, at least 400 events are planned, to reach more than 60,000 citizens in the Russian Federation.
