Our mission is to prevent and alleviate human suffering

The Russian Red Cross has been operating since 1867. It is a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. It’s the only recognized National organization representing the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in the Russian Federation. It operates in full compliance with the Fundamental Principles of the Movement.
